Guidance given from yesterday's announcement was to drill to TD, no mention of intermediate logging and sampling. So, in the last 24 hrs this decision was made for some unknown reason and operations only commenced within the last 24 hrs... that is all we know as facts.
The decision could have been made as late as this morning, and they were just pulling out of the hole with drilling string.
