People's expectations are that LMG management will do and deliver what they said they would do and deliver - that is at the very heart of professionalism. They attribute delays(again) to labour shortages. They have been aware of this problem since September. When seeking human resource in a scarce market they need to recruit much more strategically and aggressively. That expectation would also be set with subcontractors contractually. They have not done that. It seems that they are plodding along waiting for the labour to come to them rather than aggressively seeking it. I also allege that they were aware of this delay months ago but held off communicating it to ensure they got as many options conversions as possible.

I am becoming very concerned at the quality of management and leadership here. A Board of 7 people with 6 non-executive Directors(questioning whether they are carrying out their duties), a MD who is continuously over optimistic on setting expectations(not just recently but for the past 10 years) without the Board fact checking or reigning him in or making him accountable. Nor did they strategically address it by performance bonuses.

It's now manifested itself into the share price with a >10% drop over 2 days. It will recover, however if this is they type of operative performance we can expect going forward, it's going to be a very rocky road.
