    I see Tenindewa is going to be the game changer for AVL when the 'new plant' is built according to their HC experts.

    That would be the plant stuck at stage 2 with the EPA.

    I wonder if Graham has told them they don't even own the land they want to build it on?

    So if the Takeover falls over, which it will surely do - then the plan for AVL is to ship ore from USA to a plant they haven't built, on land they don't own, to put into batteries they don't make?

    At this point you have actually got to wonder if the majority of AVL shareholders know how screwed their company is - millions of $$ spent, billions of shares issued and absolutely nothing to show for it except a subsiduary company in a tin shed with a half-built prototype battery in it.

    That has one order - which will expire in 3 months if it isn't built and working.

    Why would any TMT holder think being taken over by these guys is a smart move?

    They even timed the takeover so well, that TMT screwed it over with the EPA news.......
