Where is that data from? They ceased to be a substantial holder on the 10th Nov due to dilution but hadn't sold any according to the announcement by VMM on the 17th Nov.
I reckon either your data shows a sell there because they are no longer a substantial holder and the list only show substantial holders. Though that seems a confusing way to do it. Other possibility is the way the collect that data and automate it isn't that accurate and reckons they sold there.
Fairly certain they haven't sold anything though as it seems too big of a coincidence that your data thinks they sold on the same day the got diluted out of being a substantial holder...
