It is very good for BSX moving forward however it is 24.53%, according to another post, dilution if you don't take up your entitlement and we're being asked to dig into our pockets to help find a mere $10m. It isn't a lot of capital when considering BSX had the concentrator operating last year and was intending to build a pilot plant capable of generating cashflow by now. With the existing mining licence at Ta Khao there were likely options available to generate enough cashflow to negate the need for this raise at 7c however it's likely too late now. It is a lot of shares being issued, the last raise was much better.
Supply now being secured means partnership negotiations are able to be progressed so overall it's a very positive development.
