I think the Target's Statement outlines the upside in great detail... so there is no point in myself or anyone else here trying to explain it any better. Of course you don't have to believe the Targets Statement... but given that I don't have more information or believe I know more than the authors of that statement... then I am happy to take it at face value.

I don't think RG cares what people think of him and I doubt he would waste 10's of millions of dollars just because he is embarrassed about the company being in the public domain. This is about control and making more money.
