Yes, I agree entirely. Maybe the company has been so inundated with enquiries, speculation and gossip that it decided to throw a bucket of cold water to bring us all up short. Certainly worked!
IMO it doesn't change the longer term outlook. BNR, you just do your thing and I'll go along for the ride
