Hard to tell from outside how much Jon was involved back then - Richard Treagus was pretty good and lead Neuren into "the deal of the century"... I am sure Jon at least helped with the numbers which have turned out very good for us.
Jon Pilcher took over soon after that deal and he has done a superb job since then. imho.
