DX-3 more or less operates as an ADC.
-DX-3 does not have a specific target as such but both of our molecules are attracted to areas with high circulating tumour DNA
-This is why the company has proposed that DX-3 and DX-1 may work on multiple cancer types rather than just one type of cancer that has a specific molecular marker
-Aim would be to attach a traditional chemotherapy molecule or radiotherapy isotope to the DX-3 molecule which will traffic it to the site of tumour
DX-1 which will hopefully enter trials next year is a small molecule which will operate in its own right, not as an ADC
