There's no chance that Labor will replace Madeleine King. She's one of the most level-headed Ministers in the party. She strongly opposes anyone who is against gas, as seen in her recent response on 27th November 2023 regarding the EN5299 - Ban Fracking issue, which you can find in my post on the BUY forum. Considering her stance, it's very likely that she'll approve PEP-11 soon.
