im invested so biased opinion if you ask me
ALM is definitely a longer term investment (3-5y+) and i would not get your hopes up for a smooth and easy ride. there will be successes and failures, progress and setbacks, there will be cap raises, there will be deals struck and deals that fail.
earlier you are the higher the risk and also reward/loss
