Totally agree those are all items to be addressed.
I am not claiming that the graphite assets are a done deal. Just highlighting they remain with MNS and not tied up with the iM3NY mess, but they still need to be funded. Whether that be through sell down into a JV / export development agency style funding plus equity, etc, etc all remains to be answered and unless answered they are orphaned assets. From the AGM last week, they are clearly looking to secure funding for Nachu, with two government funding agencies apparently visiting next week for DD.
BTW - re your comment re an FTA with Tanzania. On my reading of the legislation, the IRA credits flow with the US based AAM processing of the raw materials (Nachu graphite) and is not predicated on Tanzania having an FTA with the US. As Tanzania is a Commonwealth country, I don't believe it is not a restricted raw material source country under the legislation.
