There is now a big chance toe SOA will not go through (just my thoughts)
Firstly a pity we are out of Mongolia, we did not get full value.
If the SOA does not go through, what next ? We have Walyering I would have thought there is no need for a CR, but we need a plan to get the train back on the rails !!
