Listed pharmacy distribution business Sigma Healthcare is understood to be closing in on a deal to reverse list privately owned Chemist Warehouse on the ASX boards.

Sources said the two camps had essentially agreed terms for the listing, but there were no immediate plans to spin out warehouses.
