'Flood of retail shares' - it doesn't look like the applications will be large - of the 69.77mil retail shares that will be issued, WHSP can only underwrite 61.33mil shares so that their holding doesn't go above 30.17% - the other 8.44mil shares would be underwritten by others - I don't understand why anyone would take them up within the next week to then sell them from 22Dec as I don't see them dropping to 10c or below in the near term.
With 1044.6k shares on issue after the retail issue settles, I would then expect turnover to dry up until the quarterly is released at the end of January.
