You can never be 100% sure ... never, no matter what anyone says. But you can be more sure than unsure.
@W3hunter 's decending wedge looks the correct scenario to me. If so a break through 10.5c should confirm the down-trend has been broken (by my eye balling).
And you might have noticed the sellers at 10c have backed out in the last 45 minutes ... let's see how 4DS closes - the panic sellers have probably been absorbed (AND the US might well confirm a softening jobs market later this week).
ADP private payrolls numbers will be released on Wednesday while Friday's crucial monthly jobs report will be scoured for catalysts for the Fed to change policy course.
