The 9 sellers offering 2 2M shares at 12.5c look like sophisticated investors (relatively large individual parcels of shares). They were likely hanging out for an uptick in the SP on the back of GHY news or FT seismic so they could sell out with a higher profit but have given up waiting and want to take what they can get prior to the great unknown of market reaction after Friday.

The GHY news doesn't seem to have moved the SP dial at all. The TO troubles have put paid to that. Everyone will be thinking that maybe agreement with the TOs will never be reached.

For what it's worth, I've emailed Thomas (again)asking for news on the FT seismic but no reply (again) and I'm a fairly substantial holder
