PEN did a 7.5 cent raise with free 10 cent options, a couple of weeks ago when the prices were at 12 cents, and basically full allocations were given to everyone who bid for stock. Not much demand for PEN at a massive discount to last trade at that time, another Uranium stock to compare to.
