There is no management fee after 72500oz because then we will own 100% of the project. I dont think it would be calculated using a different cost figure either. If we assume the costs are $1837/oz and gold price $3100 then:
Acquisition price: $500,000Revenue share paid = 36250 oz * (3100 - 1837 cost * 1.05 management fee) = $42,954,187.5
total: $43.4mil
plus the 4% royalty of course
