The transaction is cashflow/earnings accretive but reserve/share dilutive. Overall net impact to valuation is slightly negative based on my calc - which I have posted on previously. Think my model showed a net reduction in DCF valuation of 8c. Though at the time when I did that calculation, I hadn't factored in W7 and the additional potential reserve/production lifespan.
