    Omega I have a question for you. We get US $750m worth of shares once the listing goes through. Where does this $750m come from. ? I know they have valued the deal at this price but Sizzle valuation is similar to EUR . It's all good and well to give someone $750m worth of shares but to me it seems that they have just come up with this figure without the actual financial backing for it? I'm starting to think the share price of CRML will pull back and reflect the value of EUR/ SZZL and be closer to $100m after listing. What is supporting the $750m valuation ?
