so hard to understand why we would get Top $ dollar for this tech if it’s also,licensed out to WD? I would have thought the new acquirer wouldn’t be shellin out the moolash $ if some competitor has access to it ? Or would they license it out to other competitors to make money but would lose their competitive advantage ?
