David did say they've been upfront from the beginning with these companies so each side are clear on the terms from the very start.
It has concerned me that not one EV company has locked something in to protect themselves from say losing out to a giant like Tesla. Imagine trialing AnteoX and be ready to sign off on a design freeze only to have the tech snatched from under your feet by Tesla.
Maybe David has been firm with them all, get any idea of exclusivity out of your head. We're the new Intel. We plan to be in every EV car.
