Even though Im currently on the fence(leaning towards positive outcomes), i believe your right.
if MIN were to launch TO it would be based somewhere around current SP +incentive.
Everything CE has said publicly points to No TO and control of a prosperous DLI being the goal.
Currently cynical me is shaking his head in disgust at optimist me for taking up full entitlement +100%.
Hopefully optimist me prevails and I can afford the necessary counselling?
