Further to what I was saying before. GaNWorks is clearly a very small business performing highly specialised manufacturing processes in a highly specialised branch of the semiconductor industry. I have a feeling what we are seeing here is the owners' decision to hitch their wagon to BLG. They now become quite a large shareholder with approx. 1.14% of shares.
