You got to ask Why was it all left to the last minute on the LAMP decision. What sort of company works on reactionary management. This expansion reeks of being a rushed decision followed by a rushed startup. Cost over-runs continually occurring? Why? Did they go cheap on their contract tendering process or on their project management or both. Either way, I'm getting sick of excuses and so are the local SH at the Palace Pub.
