Yep Giyani plan to build a pilot plant with the main plant FID not until 2025. The main plant has a scale of 80ktpa which as you note would make it one of the largest producers of HPMSM. E25's planned two stage development is to 130ktpa so I guess that also makes E25 one of the largest planned producers in the world.
If they are close to correct on HPMSM pricing as per their PEA, there's a lot of upside in the rates E25 will receive.
If their supply/demand chart is correct, HPMSM is going to be a good market to be in.
