These guys are experts at pumping up their stock price just before a raise to minimize dilution but then afterwards deliver nothing concrete. Look at April this year. Pumped it up significantly, raised, share price dropped 70%, no material revenues just increased cash burn, now they've gone and done the exact same thing except even with their pumping they couldn't get above $1. Dilution will kill everyone with 4DX. Integrating a business will suck up resources and energy.
