Hi Goodie, there is likely to be a transition period, so if you exit on day 1 after delisting there will still be a discount that accrues to the remaining holders. One example that I have seen was 7.5% discount if you exit in the first 3 mths, then 5% for 3 to 6 mths etc.
However, that said, it is a good margin of safety and I have topped up a couple of times. I am also scratching my head as to why the discount persists at approx. 12% even after the plan has been announced.
