They did have guidance of roughly $2.5m USD per quarter spend. Yes extra outflows but also extra revenue, perhaps not fully reflected in next quarter, but should be reflected as say unaudited sales I'm guessing.
So with recent cap raise they have cashflow for roughly 1.5+ quarters, with existing loan if exercised $2.5+ quarters, and if Options are excised about 4 quarters.
As long as progress is shown leading up to and including the next quarter, then there is a real possibility they might start to be cash flow positive in 6 to 12 months. Meanwhile they should be able to tick along with existing cash, but might possibly raise at a higher price sometime between then as new investors see the value of Lumos.
Of course it's all dependent on progress with agreements and sales. Investors don't necessarily mind cash outflows as long as it relates to growing the business, including future sales and profitability.
