IF, they were to deny, what I see them doing is telling NOPTA to recommend rejection based on some loophole or something so it looks like it's not "on them".
I've just been thinking lately that Albo's polls are down the toilet, so he might think approving is fatal.
I know there are many ducks lined up but I'm just trying to think how they'd reject it. Goodness knows they want to. I'm still hoping for approval of course, but it's not a bad thing to play Devil's advocate sometimes.
