Absolutely frustrating I agree, but it's all laid out and beyond SMN control.
I think the worst is years ago when they were spouting off really ill- informed when you think about it as they didnt realise how long the actual process was. I blame all that squarely on TC what a sales pitch they sold and yep I was a sucker. We wait
