Quite controversial idea developed this week in The Economist : according to them, inequalities are shrinking* between low paid employees and the rest.
They explain it by 3 elements :
    - a strong demand for the global economy,
    - which is facing a limited supply (as the size of the working age population has almost peaked in the rich world, while it is already decreasing in China),
    - and digitalisation which is not really impacting blue colour workers.

One research indicates that " since 2020, some two-fifths of the rise in wage inequality over the past four decades has been undone".

I don't know if they are right about this.
But probably worth thinking about it.
The other element is that their discussion is about wages. So even if they are right about wages, it does not necessarily mean that wealth inequalities are also shrinking.

    * The Economist recognises that there is still a debate between economists about this.
