Not sure what platform you are using, but you may need to amend that yourself. Most platforms cant work it out as they didnt do the buy, and the shares just appeared.
If comsec you need to use the desktop version not the app. Go to portfolio where your shares are listed, and there is an edit button top right next to the download CSV button. modify as needed.
