Yes, I agree. We could otherwise be waiting years for an exit and in the meantime there is potentially an opportunity cost to holding. I doubt that a low-ball offer would succeed, so if they are serious it will have to be in the ballpark of $2. However, even $1.30 should get them a good stake and a seat on the board.
