Sold 20% of my REIT portfolio this morning including some of my CNI holding. The 18% rise off the bottom since October is just too quick. The yield has fallen from around 8% to 6.8%. Better opportunities elsewhere. The short term interest rate easing sounds too good to be true. Is it just temporary relief?
