yes- Mongolia CBM way to immature and true value yet to be realised.

So we need lots more time and money to get that further along the maturity cycle.

So obvious and logical play is to prove as much of Grandis as poss and then either partner with Santos or Shell - lose some asset % ownership, but see it into production over time, benefitting from cash flow.

OR much more preferable,

Flog it, move on with the $ and return some to us as a divvy, plow the rest into Mongolia CBM, demo electrolyser plant and/or ammonia production facility for fertilsier and have a treasury of cash for potential further asset acquisition (AsianBattery Minerals for example)

$3b for Grandis is the absolute extreme best case- all the animal spirits would need alignment- it's potentially doable, but a biiiiig stretch

All boils down to how much gas and condensate we have in Grandis, (does it flow viably from the fractured coals) and how desirable it is for someone to take it away off us.
