Wouldn’t be easy given nothing ever is when it comes to cashflow lending but I’m pretty sure I could have got it thru Credit.
Always loved cashflow lending deals as you actually have to engage your brain more than traditional commercial property lending. You always assess risks and the possible mitigants for those risks.
I do miss dealing with clients but not the politics of a corporate institution.
