The point being missed is that Tranche 2 of the CR (Tembo cash and debt conversion) is reliant on shareholder approval at a meeting "in mid December". Share price below 12 cents at that meeting virtually guarantees approval, whereas a SP at 14 or 15 cents might put approval at risk. The question that you need to ask here is what outcome does Tembo want? Follow the self interest of the party with most at risk.
