You are right, Ian actually did say the MTMP was of high enough quality to operate as a stand alone project.
However he added significant qualifications to the likelihood of this happening in a way that would bring most benefit to shareholders.

Here’s a reminder; The first one was MONEY.
He said TMT has been looking for money for more than a year to proceed with the project as a stand alone entity.
Not just by way of the presentation circuit, he said he had engaged three professional funding experts to make the rounds of institutions, banks etc.
