at low commodity price, if OMH run 15 furnace, production capacity increase, will sales also increase?
how about the client side? demand will always be there? limit is the sky? (other smelter cut their production capacity due to higher cost and low ASP) whatever OMH produce, client will take? i mean in this macro environment.
