This bit for me bedge? How exactly you arrived at bully confuses me..... but I can assure you I don't have the means or the nouse to be a shorter and I have clearly detailed my situation.
Additionally I know how much his 16m entitlement is and that's exactly my point - why would he buy them when he gets them for free and already has nearly $67 million and counting. I just take exception at the salivating over the announcement using words like "majority" and somehow this is an omen and we're all saved.
