here's a thought, of why this capital raise came out the way it did....si has been talking about a partnership deal as imminent..he felt that tight finance in the company was impeding any leverage to negotiate the best deal...(.time limits, weakens your position).......why am i feeling novartis is making noises again,and riggling for a better deal...this cap raise puts msb in a better position,and the drop in share price is no biggy compared to what's being negotiated....this cap raise really came out of the blue, did'nt it?...si does'nt appear to be even slightly apologetic....makes me think something is imminent..
