The risk is, with it under 30c, sure, all you noble people will throw your money at the company and pay a premium to "save the kids", but the vast majority of retail holders are normal people who use their heads and likely won't.
So when MSB fails to get the money they require, and Oaktree comes knocking or they can't afford the trials they need for approval, what happens?
Any kids saved there? Has MSB helped these kids with its genius strategy of not doing the trials the fda asked for in 2020? Cutting corners helped anybody?
