I personally think some of those shareholders who originally said no may change their mind after seeing the Scheme proposal and after actually thinking about the consequences if this merger doesn’t go through.

What will you do if no other offer comes through by the shareholders meeting.

You see not too many people are happy to put their shares in the bottom drawer. We are all here to make money and the quicker the better.

As far as I can see at the moment the Queensland vanadium company would absolutely love this to fall through.

It’s going to set back both companies for some time.
