KAL is not an REEO plant! It is a cracking and leaching facility. It produces mixed REE alkaline which can only be sold to China at a low price. It has to go to Lamp to be separated and made into pure Oxides. Lamp is still the bottle neck and I have doubt Lamp will reach10.5KT in Cal 2024 as AL said. None of her forecast so far have ever come true. Remember her promises of reaching Name plate soon in 2016, she had bee CEO 2 years when she said this. NEXT rates very soon in 2019. If you disagree with me pls post something from Lynas that says otherwise. Considering her track record why would any one believe AL when it comes to Volume, Cost or Schedule.
