How can they stop this unethical behaviour? I would have thought if you entered into a contract you are legally bound to meet your obligation of supplying the correct quality product otherwise you will be hit with penalties/fines. I remember early this year one of the CEOs of a large Lithium producer mentioning paper traders and how they manipulate the Lithium spot price for their own profits, now I understand what he was talking about.
