Standard Lithium and Pantera are in the same Arkansas area from memory, and INR are in Nevada. Mining in general and we as ASN have good support in Utah via the local government, it’s just due process that has held the paradox up, some might say via the Rio Tinto sponsored SUWA mob. The frustrating thing here is that the US policy is to produce critical minerals locally, however the facts are that China can get an operating mine up in 1/3 of the time the US or Australia can. And this my fellow ASN believers is nothing to do with capability but all to do with govt red tape, additional cost and time for safety processes and continual court battles with the greenies. All of this stifles innovation, however once we have more of these boxes ticked that’s when the big boys will come with bags of cash in hand wanting our business.
