I am aware of this. My comments were mathematical based, zero revenue can’t pay off debt is what I said.
I didn’t want this to deteriorate into a slinging match I was pointing out why imo a t/o won’t happen. That is all. I understand the relationship between low market cap and takeover offers, that’s simple to grasp but for all the listed reason I don’t think it will happen.
