Further to the point the platform my brother uses trades in nasdaq shares but decided on the 14th Nov at 5pm to email and say they will not be trading IXHL as its delisting.

You think from your high horse it's OK for you to get mail before others when it's not shown up for Australian and NZ investors.
Yes my brother could have moved sooner
but that's not the issue MANY are facing. That's his problem.
This is not seemless and favors some investors over others.
Allowing trading.
That is not fair.
If by tax law I own my shares at date of registration I should also have control of them.
This registration should have been allowed/ provided to all voting shareholders prior to delisting.
The outcome of the vote was very clear when the move was announced.
